How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery across South Africa is R99 and takes 2 to 4 working days. Orders over R800 qualify for free delivery.
Can I return my charger?
Unused items can be returned within 7 days. Contact us before sending your order back.
How does the warranty work?
Both chargers include an 18-month warranty. Keep your proof of purchase and contact us to start a claim.
Which phones work?
CW62 works with wireless charging phones and TWS earbuds. CW63 works with Qi2 and older Qi devices, with magnetic alignment on compatible phones or cases.
Do I need a wall plug?
Yes. Wall plugs are not included. Use a USB-C PD fast charger rated 18W or higher for full speed.
Can it charge through a case?
Both chargers list a transmission distance of up to 5mm. Thick or metal cases can interfere with charging. Magnetic alignment for CW63 requires a compatible magnetic phone or case.
